Surely you need written proof of what is happening, get the people who are getting wrongly delivered mail to save it and take it to the office and let them deal with it. I don't know any of the people you mention, I assume they all live in Inverness Close. I can't think of an answer to the problem other than just writing on the envelope "return to sender not known at this address" and see if that gets any reaction. Maybe then the residents in Freeman House might do something about it themselves.
Other than that chill out,enjoy the warm weather, it will soon be winter.

Sorry if I gave you the wrong impression but I meant that you had "got me going" in the respect of doing something as well as talking about it. I am sure that the names are well known to anybody around Inverness close esp. the Chairperson of the TA.
Come on yourself, surely I have not got to lead certain people by the hand.
How would you like your energy supplier to write to you "Sorry that you are leaving us"?
I know of one other person beside myself that this has happened to.
In my case we could have lost our £100 bonus, I doubt either the TA or HHS would have compensated us.
You seem to be back tracking since it was you who used words like "banging heads together".
So why the change of heart, is it getting too close to home?
As for all the ideas that you have mentioned, we have done them all and a few besides.
I would however listen to any Idea that we have not tried, but by then it would have all been resolved...until the next time and the paramedic's will be going to the correct address, we hope.
I am not sure why the TA should pay your losses it's not their problem. They might be able to help sort out the mess if they know how many are affected, but that "MUST" be the limit of their involvement as far as I can tell they did not cause it so why should they pay. From what I have learned over the years is they will help where they can but they would need solid evidence.
The people that run the TA are only tenants the same as you, and they do it for nothing.
OH dear, I seem to have hit a nerve. I thought that you liked to wind people up? You know the old saying " If you can't take it, don't dish it out.
Knowing who and where this is all coming from, I will approach HHS by myself as I am adult enough to do it without getting upset and having a rant.
For the record, I did not say that the TA would or should pay me compensation. (Please read my Blog again)
I have spoken to 12 people and 9 of them have had mail for FH. The majority of these people told me in passing. So it's not much of a secret as any resident of Inverness close could have found out for themselves.
But do not worry we have been to the sorting office and I understand that they have now Issued FH with a Post code of thier own. My gripe is not just with the fact it was happening but with the fact it was allowed to happen.
I do fully understand that the TA are Tenants like the rest of us and I do understand that they do not get paid. but if they put themselves in that position, they must know that they will be shot at now and again, even when they do not deserve it.
You also talked about "evidence and poving it" I could have taken that the wrong way, as you may have meant that I was telling lies, as was pointed out by a friend. Not to worry I knew that you did not mean that.
It is so easy to take thing's the wrong way.
